Continued increase in spending on services

In May and June 2005, the turnover in hairdressing and other beauty treatment was NOK 988 million. This is an increase of 6 per cent compared with the same period in 2004.

The turnover in washing and dry cleaning of textile and fur products was NOK 285 million in May and June of 2005, a 3 per cent increase compared with the same period in 2004.

Funeral agencies and businesses in related activities had a turnover of approximately NOK 145 million in May and June. This is an increase of 7 per cent compared with the same period in 2004.
