Increased cross border trade

Norwegians went on 1.5 million day trips abroad and spent NOK 2.2 billion on cross border trade in the first three months of 2010.

Compared with same quarter 2009, there has been an increase of 18 per cent in the number of trips and 13 per cent in retail spending.
