A minor increase in salmon export price

In the period from 3 April – 9 April the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 62.82 per kilo. This is an increase of only 0.2 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 18 658 tonnes in the period 3 April – 9 April. This is 4.7 per cent more than in the previous week, 27 March – 2 April, when exported volume was 17 821 tonnes.

Norway exported 396 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 66.12 per kilo in the period 3 April – 9 April.
