Decrease in salmon export price

In the period from 27 March – 2 April the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 62.70 per kilo. This is a decrease of 1.7 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 821 tonnes in the period 27 March – 2 April. This is 9.0 per cent more than in the previous week, 20 March – 26 March, when exported volume was 16 351 tonnes. 

Norway exported 693 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 66.79 per kilo in the period 27 March – 2 April.
