Increase in salmon export price

In the period from 20 March – 26 March the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 63.76 per kilo. This is an increase of 2.9 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 351 tonnes in the period 20 March – 26 March. This is 6.9 per cent more than in the previous week, 13 March – 19 March, when exported volume was 15 294 tonnes. 

Norway exported 735 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 67.89 per kilo in the period 20 March – 26 March.
