A minor decrease in salmon export price

In the period from 20 February – 26 February the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 63.20 per kilo. This is a small decrease of 1.4 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 15 311 tonnes in the period 20 February – 26 February. This is 3.6 per cent more than in the previous week, 13 February – 19 February, when exported volume was 14 775 tonnes. 

Norway exported 521 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 71.74 per kilo in the period 20 February – 26 February.
