A small increase in salmon export price

In the period from 16 January – 22 January 2017 the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 72.50 per kilo. This is a small increase of 0.1 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 14 219 tonnes in the period 16 January – 22 January. This is 7.6 per cent more than in the previous week, 9 January – 15 January, when exported volume was 13 217 tonnes.

Norway exported 360 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 71.98 per kilo in the period 16 January – 22 January.
