Increase in salmon export price

In the period from 10 – 16 October the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 59.67 per kilo. This is an increase of 1.8 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 770 tonnes in the period 10 – 16 October, a considerable drop of 8.2 per cent from the previous week, 3 October – 9 October. 

Norway exported 635 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 61.19 per kilo in the period 10 – 16 October.
