Substantial rise in salmon export price

In the period from 6 June – 12 June the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 64.70 per kilo. This is a substantial rise of 11.7 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 12 500 tonnes in the period 6 June – 12 June, 19.1 per cent less than in the previous week, 30 May – 5 June.

Norway exported 319 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 62.95 per kilo in the period 6 June – 12 June.
