A major drop in salmon export price

In the period from 23 May – 29 May the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 57.41 per kilo. This is a drop of 12.6 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 324 tonnes in the period 23 May – 29 May, an increase of 32.5 per cent compared to the period 16 May – 22 May.

 

Norway exported 79 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 52.15 per kilo in the period 23 May – 29 May.
