Increase in salmon export prices

In the period from 2 May – 8 May the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 56.88 per kilo. This is an increase of 2.2 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 14 032 tons in the period 2 May – 8 May, a fall of 9.0 per cent compared to the period 25 April – 1 May.

Norway exported 240 tons of frozen salmon at NOK 58.20 per kilo in the period 2 May – 8 May.
