A slight fall in salmon export price

In the period from 12 October – 18 October the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 42.43 per kilo. This is a small decrease of 1.5 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 18 992 tonnes in the period 12 October – 18 October, up 2.1 per cent compared to the period 5 October – 11 October when 18 604 tonnes were exported.

Norway exported 651 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 42.20 per kilo in the period 12 October – 18 October.
