A considerable drop in salmon export price

In the period from 17 August – 23 August the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 41.74 per kilo. This is a drop of 10.5 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 971 tonnes in the period 17 August – 23 August, up 7.4 per cent compared to the period 10 August – 16 August.

Norway exported 429 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 42.69 per kilo in the period 17 August – 23 August.
