Drop in export prices of fresh salmon

In the period from 26 August to 1 September, the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 38.16 per kilo. This is a decrease of 9.2 per cent from the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 403 tonnes in the period from 26 August to 1 September, an increase of 5.6 per cent from the period 19 to 25 August.

Norway exported 515 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 41.94 per kilo in the period from 26 August to 1 September.
