Decline in export prices of fresh salmon

In the period from 9 May to15 May, the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 40.05 per kilo. This is a decrease of 5.1 per cent from the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 13 036 tonnes in the period from 9 May to 15 May, an increase of 9.6 per cent from the period 2 May to 8 May.

Norway exported 320 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 39.77 per kilo in the period from 9 May to 15 May.
