No change in harmonized index

The Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) for Norway showed no change from October to November. During the last 12 months the HICP increased by 1.4 per cent.

The HICP for Norway stood at 117.4 (1996=100) in November this year compared with 115.8 in November last year. The year-to-year growth was 1.4 per cent in November, the same as in October. Please see http://www.ssb.no/english/kpi_en/ for more details.

Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices

EEA, EU and the euro-zone

The year-to-year growth in the HICP for the EU and the EEA was 2.2 per cent in October. The increase in the euro-zone was 2.4 per cent in the same period. Eurostat's flash estimate for the year-to-year growth in the euro-zone is 2.2 per cent in November.
