Wholesale trade, price index (discontinued), 15 May 2011

Wholesale of food, beverages and tobacco, which represent about 30 per cent of the wholesale trade, increased by 1.6 per cent from the 1st quarter of 2011 to the 2nd quarter of 2011. During the same period, wholesale prices of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and related products increased by 1.9 per cent, while prices of wholesale of hardware, plumbing and heating equipment and supplies increased by 2.2 per cent.
