Wholesale prices increased from the previous year

Wholesale prices increased by 4.9 per cent from the 4th quarter of 2007 to the 4th quarter of 2008. From the 3rd quarter of 2008 to the 4th quarter of 2008, wholesale prices decreased by 1.5 per cent. Fuel prices decreased by 12.7 per cent from the 3rd quarter of 2008 to the 4th quarter of 2008.
