Increase in plumbing costs

The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 1.9 per cent from December 2013 to December 2014. The material costs increased by 1.2 per cent in the same period.

From December 2013 to December 2014 the costs of sanitary installations and heating installations rose by 0.7 and 3.4 per cent respectively. The material costs of sanitary installations decreased by 0.5 per cent, while heating installations rose by 3.7 per cent in the same period.

From November to December 2014, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings remained unchanged.
