Increase in plumbing costs

The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 0.5 per cent from October to November this year. The labour costs increased by 1.1 per cent, while material costs remained unchanged in the same period.

Wage statistics for the third quarter of 2012 are included in the index for November.

From November 2011 to November 2012, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 3.2 per cent. The costs of sanitary installations and heating installations increased by 3.4 and 2.8 per cent respectively in the same period.
