Stable plumbing costs

The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from July to August this year. The material costs remained unchanged in the same period.

From August 2008 to August 2009, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 3.9 per cent. The costs of sanitary installations and heating installations increased by 2.9 and 5.1 per cent respectively in the same period.

Wage statistics for the second quarter of 2009 are included in the index of August.
