Decrease in plumbing costs

The construction costs for plumbing works in office and commercial buildings decreased by 0.4 per cent from May to June this year. The material costs decreased by 0.7 per cent in the same period.

For sanitary installations there has been a decrease of 0.9 per cent from May to June this year for the costs of plumbing work in office and commercial buildings, while the costs of heating installations remained unchanged in the same period.

From June 2008 to June 2009 there has been an increase in the costs of plumbing work in office and commercial buildings by 5.0 per cent. The costs of sanitary installations rose by 3.5 per cent and the costs of heating installations rose by 6.8 per cent in the same period.
