Small changes in plumbing costs

The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from January to February this year. Wage statistics for the fourth quarter of 2006 is included in the construction costs, and is the reason for the cost increase.

The labour cost rose by 0.5 per cent from January to February this year, while material costs remained unchanged.

From February last year to February this year, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings increased by 9.1 per cent. The costs of sanitary installations and heating installations rose by 9.5 and 8.6 per cent respectively in the same period.
