Small changes in plumbing costs

The index of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings increased by 0.1 per cent in January 2004 compared with December 2003.

In the same period the cost of sanitary installations rose by 0.1 per cent, while heating installations remained unchanged.

The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 4.9 per cent in January 2004 compared with January 2003. In the same period the costs of sanitary installations and heating installations rose by 4.7 and 5.3 per cent respectively.
