Minor changes in construction costs
The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from June to July this year, and are 2.9 per cent higher than in July 2012.

From July 2012 to July 2013, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses rose by 2.8 and 3.0 per cent respectively.
