The construction cost of residential buildings remained unchanged from June to July this year. From July 2009 to July 2010 the cost increased by 3.6 per cent.

From July 2009 to July 2010 the constructions costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses rose by 3.7 and 3.2 per cent respectively. The material costs increased by 3.9 and 3.5 per cent.
