Moderate price change in construction cost

The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from December 2009 to January 2010. The material costs rose by 0.2 per cent in the same period.

From December last year to January this year, the construction costs of detached houses of wood increased by 0.1 per cent. The costs of multi-dwelling houses rose by 0.2 per cent.

From January last year to January this year, the construction costs of residential buildings increased by 2.0 per cent.
