Construction costs up 3.8 per cent

The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 3.8 per cent from December 2003 to December 2004. The index of residential buildings rose by 0.9 per cent in December 2004. The increase is mainly due to wage statistics for the third quarter 2004 is included in December last year.
