Adjusted revenue for central government 2010

General government revenue and expenditure for 2010 has now been updated with new figures. The adjustment is due to new information regarding central government revenue.

New information regarding value added tax and social security contributions contribute to adjust central government revenue upwards by NOK 2.3 billion to NOK 1 205 billion. The total expenditure for central government is not affected, but due to a revision of account figures for health enterprises, just below NOK 2 billion was moved from social benefits in kind to use of goods and services.

For local government there are only minor changes from the publication in March.

General government surplus in 2010, measured by net lending, is NOK 266 billion after the adjustment.

For more information on general government revenue and expenditure, see the previous publication in March .
