About Eilev S Jansen

My research activities are mainly related to macroeconomic modelling and applied econometrics. The latter comprises panel data econometrics with micro data as well as dynamic modelling with macroeconomic time series data. The Econometrics of Macroeconomic Modelling (Oxford University Press, 2005) - which is written jointly with three colleagues - describes the empirical research program I have followed for a number of years. As of the fall 2005 I have pursued this program at Statistics Norway by doing applied empirical macroeconometric research linked up to the macroeconomic models KVARTS and MODAG.
