Sales to bunkering decreased

Deliveries to ship in ocean transport, the so-called bunkering, showed a considerable decrease in July compared with July last year.

Marine gas oil to bunkering declined by 39.6 per cent and heavy fuel oil to bunkering fell by 18.6 per cent.

Continued increased deliveries of light heating oil

In July the deliveries of light heating oil went up by 68.7 per cent compared with July last year.

For the past 12 months the deliveries of light heating oil came to 937 million litres, a 57.1 per cent increase compared with the previous 12-month period.

Auto diesel

The deliveries of auto diesel went up by 7.8 per cent compared with July last year. Deliveries of tax-free diesel increased the most. During the last 12 months the increase in deliveries of auto diesel was 4.3 per cent.

Total deliveries decreased

Deliveries of petroleum products totalled 772 million litres in July, a 0.9 per cent decrease compared with July last year. For the past 12 months the deliveries came to 9,480 million litres, a 4.0 per cent increase.

There were 23 delivery days in July 2003 as in July 2002.
