The strongest decrease in utility floor space started was in Nordland, Aust-Agder, Akershus and Hedmark, with a 52, 51, 36 and 36 per cent decrease respectively from the seven first months of 2002 to the corresponding period this year.

The registration of non-residential buildings in the municipality of Oslo was imperfect for the years 2001, 2002 and the beginning of 2003, subsequently the figures for Oslo so far this year are lower than the actual situation.
