Moderate turnover growth in construction

Turnover in the construction industry was NOK 279.0 billion in 2010; an increase of 0.8 per cent compared with 2009.

The turnover in the specialised construction activities (Division 43) was NOK 137.0 billion in 2010; an increase of 0.4 per cent compared with 2009. In November and December 2010 the turnover was NOK 29.0 billion; an increase of 3.1 per cent compared with the same period last year.

The turnover in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings (Division 41.2) was NOK 108.0 billion in 2010; an increase of 1.7 per cent. In November and December the turnover was NOK 23.0 billion. This is an increase of 7.9 per cent compared with the same period last year.
