About the statistical basis

The statistics are based on preliminary information on 109 513 full-time employees who are reported to the State Central Register of Government Employees per 1 October 2002. The statistics also cover full-time employees paid by the salary scale for leaders. The Norwegian State Railways BA, the Norwegian Postal Administration BA and health service employees are not included in the statistics.
