Small increase in the external loan debt
From June to July the external debt to non-financial enterprises, municipalities and households experienced an increase of NOK 1.3 billion, to a total of NOK 498.5 billion. The public enterprises' long-term loan debt stood for the main part of the increase.
The public enterprises increased their external loan debt with NOK 1.5 billion to 139.3 billion. It was the long-term loan debt that increased with 1.3 billion, to 88.5 billion. At the same time the private enterprises decreased their loan debt to foreign countries by NOK 43 million, to 357.3 billion.
