1	Gross operating expenditures are items (01 til 39) according to the regulations governing municipal and county accounts. Capital expenditures and financing transactions such as reserves, expensing of accounting surplus and coverage of previous years' deficits are not included. Expenditures on kindergartens and staff housing have been taken out. Common expenditures for somatic care and psychiatry have been correctly distributed. The individual expenditures do not add up to the gross operating expenditures due to rounding off.
2	Covers all health institutions on county health plans, state health insitutions and private hospitals.
3	Psychiatric hospitals also include psychiatric departments at somatic hospitals and clinics.
