The number of applications received during the year is not directly comparable with the previously published figure “Registered applications for a municipal dwelling”. The term “received” means that applications which do not meet certain minimum requirements for a municipal dwelling are also counted. Such applications are not always registered as applications for a municipal dwelling, and the number of applications received may therefore differ from the number of registered applications.
