The indicator shows households with mental illness on the waiting list as a share of all new households on the waiting list. New households means that the household did not live in a municipal dwelling at the time of application, as distinct from households that applied to change municipal dwelling or to extend the tenancy agreement in their current municipal dwelling. Share of households with mental illness on the waiting list = (number of such households on the waiting list / total number of new households on the waiting list) * 100. Data collected through form 13. The category was used up to and including the statistical year 2019. From 2020, the group is included in the variable Proportion of households with mental illness and/or substance abusers on the waiting list.
