Number of newly moved-in households allocated a municipal dwelling during the year on the main ground that one or more persons in the household have a mental illness and/or are substance abusers. From the statistical year 2020, this is a merger of the three former categories mental illness, substance abusers, and substance abusers with mental illness, which have figures up to and including 2019. Newly moved in means that they did not live in a municipal dwelling at the time of application, as distinct from households that changed municipal dwelling during the year or had the tenancy agreement extended in their current municipal dwelling during the year.
