The indicator shows the share of newly moved-in households in need of an adapted dwelling (for example elderly people, people with intellectual disabilities and people with physical disabilities), as a percentage of all newly moved-in households allocated a dwelling during the year. The term newly moved-in households is used for the allocation of a dwelling to households that did not live in a municipal dwelling at the time of application, as distinct from households that changed municipal dwelling during the year or had the tenancy agreement extended in their current municipal dwelling. Data collected through form 13.
