Number of newly moved-in households allocated a municipal dwelling during the year on the main ground that they are refugees. A person is counted as a refugee for as long as the municipality receives integration grants for that person. The integration grant is received for 5 years after first settlement in the municipality. Newly moved in means that they did not live in a municipal dwelling at the time of application, as distinct from households that changed municipal dwelling during the year or had the tenancy agreement extended in their current municipal dwelling.
