The indicator shows the share of newly moved-in households with persons with mental illness, as a percentage of all newly moved-in households allocated a dwelling during the year. The term newly moved-in households is used for the allocation of a dwelling to households that did not live in a municipal dwelling at the time of application, as distinct from households that changed municipal dwelling during the year or had the tenancy agreement extended in their current municipal dwelling. Share of newly moved-in households with persons with mental illness = (number of such households during the year / total number of newly moved-in households allocated a dwelling during the year) * 100. Data collected through form 13. The category was used up to and including the statistical year 2019. From 2020, the group is included in the variable Proportion of newly moved-in households with mental illness and/or substance abusers.
