Proportion of newly moved-in households with mental illness and/or substance abusers

The indicator shows the share of newly moved-in households where one or more persons have a mental illness and/or are substance abusers, as a percentage of all newly moved-in households allocated a dwelling during the year. From the statistical year 2020, this is a merger of the three former categories mental illness, substance abusers, and substance abusers with mental illness, which have figures up to and including 2019. The term newly moved-in households is used for the allocation of a dwelling to households that did not live in a municipal dwelling at the time of application, as distinct from households that changed municipal dwelling during the year or had the tenancy agreement extended in their current municipal dwelling. Data collected through form 13.
