Proportion of newly moved-in households

The indicator shows newly moved-in households as a share of all households allocated a dwelling during the year. Share of newly moved-in households of all households allocated a dwelling = (number of newly moved-in households during the year / total number of households allocated a dwelling during the year) * 100. Numerator: number of newly moved-in households allocated a dwelling during the year, data collected through form 13. Denominator: total number of households allocated a dwelling during the year, data collected through form 13. The term newly moved-in households is used for the allocation of a dwelling to households that did not live in a municipal dwelling at the time of application, as distinct from households that changed municipal dwelling during the year or had the tenancy agreement extended in their current municipal dwelling.
