Contracted man-years excluding long-term absences are based on agreed man-years adjusted for doctor-certified sick leave and parental leave. The figures are sourced from the A-ordningen (a coordinated reporting scheme). The percentage is calculated by dividing the agreed man-years excluding long-term absences within a service area by the total agreed man-years excluding long-term absences in the municipality.
