The indicator shows percent of corrected contracted man-years in upper secondary education. Contracted man-years for employees in folk high schools and schools where both the first and second standard industrial classification is post-secondary vocational education is not included in the numbers for upper secondary education. Number of corrected contracted man-years is based on contracted man-years and is corrected for sickness absence certified by a doctor and maternity leave. Employees in the reference week where the agreed weekly working hours is recalculated to fulltime. The size is referred to as man-years, though it only counts for one week and the reference week cannot be said to be representative for the whole calendar year. Nominator: Number of corrected contracted man-years in upper secondary education. Denominator: Number of corrected contracted man-years for the county in total.
