Preliminary figures from January 2022. Public sector includes state and social security administration, municipalities and counties. Private sector is here defined as all employers except public sector. Public enterprises are included in private sector. The National insurance contributions are reduced by 4% for May and June. The employers shall not change their reports to the a-meldingen. The reduction in calculated employer's National insurance contributions for May is not included in the statistics. Tax withheld is not published by sector. Values of National insurance contributions (NIC) from public enterprises with simplified settlement are not included. Figures for Total basis for employer's additional National insurance contributions are included in the statistics from November 2023. Refunds from NAV for contribution basis employer¿s additional national insurance contributrions in earlier periods, may the employer deduct from the basis employer¿s additional national insurance contributrions in the month the refund is received.
