Change 15.6.2018 for period until 2016: For the 'Sum of services group' category under the category 'kind of service', the content was changed from sum of the services to unique users of services group. Table 11645 classifies 'Respite care' as repeated and not repeated. A small percentage of reported services are not classified and are not included in the counting. Figures from 2018 to 2019 may be affected both by the municipal reform and introduction of new IPLOS specifications. Due to incorrect reporting, Statistics Norway has removed figures related to user-controlled personal assistance (BPA) from the data basis for 3040 Nesbyen in the year 2021. The error had an impact on county and national levels. Figures for the year 2021 were corrected on 28 June 2022. Figures for 2022 on users of care services (Municipal Patient and User Register, KPR) were updated on 29 June 2023. Other figures for the care service were updated as planned on 15 June.

User-controlled personal assistance/Practical assistance, personal support contact: 1504 Ålesund had significant decrease in number of users, from 166 in 2017 to 33 in 2018. 2018 figur is correct, figures up to 2017 are too high. Also, this implies that figures for the country, counties and KOSTRA group 13 has been too high up to 2017, and that the decrease from 2017 to 2018 is not real.
