occupation

Break in the time series from 2024 onwards. For the 2024 publication of statistics on Family counseling services, Classification of Occupations 08 (STYRK-08) has been used as the Standard Classification of Occupations, unlike previous years where STYRK-98 was used. This results in a break in the time series. Many of the occupations that were previously coded as 'Technicians and associate professionals' are in 2024 placed within 'Professionals' instead, and some of the occupational 'codes that were previously 'Technicians and associate professionals' are now placed as 'Clerical support workers'. This explains the large changes in the distribution of man-years by occupation in 2024 compared with previous years.
