It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

The issuers are classified to a new institutional sector classification from 2012. For information about issues, repayments and changes in sector classifications and currency up to 2012, see 'Completed time series', Table No 06251. In this table, the issuers are classified according to an earlier institutional sector classification which was in use from 1999 up to 2012.
